In order to preserve an environment that encourages both civil and fruitful dialogue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership in this community for anyone who violate these rules.

Rule 1: Be Kind. Engage with others respectfully, even when disagreements arise.

Rule 3: Report Inappropriate Content. If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content, click the
three dots next to the thread or comment and select Mark as Inappropriate from drop-down.

Rule 4: Report Product Issues Through Appropriate Channel. The community does not have full
capabilities to provide technical support. Product issues must be reported by submitting a ticket to
My NCQA. Click “Ask a Question” and choose “Digital Content Services” when selecting a category.

Rule 5: Respect Privacy. Don't share content posted within the community outside of the community
without consent.

Rule 6: Don't Post Sensitive Data. Do not share sensitive company data or protected health
information (PHI).

Rule 7: Participate. Share ideas, offer advice, or help others whenever possible.

Rule 8: Provide Feedback. Let us know how we can improve your experience. Participate in user
polls and surveys or send feedback to digitalcommunity@ncqa.org.
Discussion Group Etiquette

Do not send administrative messages, such as “remove me from the list,” to the group. Instead, use the web interface to change your settings or to remove yourself from a list. If you are changing email addresses, you do not need to remove yourself from the list and rejoin under your new email address. Simply change your settings.
